  1. take sth with a pinch of salt = to not completely believe sth that you are told (không hoàn toàn tin cái gì đó là sự thật)

E.g: I always take these kinds of survey with a pinch of salt.

  1. recharge sb’s batteries = do sth to get new energy and enthusiasm (làm gì đó để hồi phục năng lượng và sự say mê)

E.g: I just wanted a few days off to recharge sb’s batteries.

  1. be a piece of cake = be very easy to do (rất dễ)
  2. in the middle of nowhere = a long way from any towns, villages or other houses (ở một nơi nào đó rất xa xôi)

  2. give sb food for thought = make sb think seriously and carefully about sth (khiến cho ai đó suy nghĩ nghiêm túc và cẩn thận về cái gì đó)

E.g: I have to admit that the experience gave me food for thought.
